Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery:
  • Business process analysis: As a BPR expert, lead BPR projects which include to identify process issues, design to-be business processes, implement countermeasures and implement change management.
  • Digital transformation: Lead digital transformation projects which include to define DX requirements and design DX solutions.
2. Business Development:
  • Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, establish/ maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
  • Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients.
3. Team Management:
  • Team Building: As a BPR team sub leader, encourage team members skill developments.
  • Self-development: Continue learning and developing new skills to support the company's upcoming projects.


Qualifications:
  • Have 8+ years of work experience.
  • Have working experiences in business consulting firms.
  • Over 3 years of work experience as a Manager in a Consulting firm.
  • Have solid consulting skills in Business Process Re-engineering.
  • Have strong integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as consultant.
  • Good communication skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
  • Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
