Responsibilities

Prospecting: Continuous expansion of relationship beyond existing clients base, Establish/maintain strong relationship with existing clients to identify new opportunities.
Pre-sales: Develop discussion materials and proposals and convince and agree with the clients.
Business Planning: Develop go-to-market strategies and action plans based on market insights and needs analysis.
Business Analysis: Provide insights as insurance expert, acting as business analyst where required.
Leading Digital transformation: Hands on support for the digital transformation based on experiences in Insurance industry.

Qualifications

7+ years of work experience.
At least 3-4 years of work experience as a Management Consultant or Technology consultant in a Consulting firm.
At least 3 years Insurance Industry project experience.
Having a solid network within the insurance industry.
Project consulting experience within the insurance industry.
Experience within the Big 4 Consulting firms or other Consulting firms.
Communication Skills to convey complex concepts and gain buy-in.
Strong leadership skills for managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
