ABeam Consulting invites passionate and high-performing fresh graduates to join our New Graduate Hiring Program 2026 as a Business Analyst.
This program is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful impact in business consulting through research, project management (PMO), and process improvement initiatives.
As a Graduate Analyst, you will undergo a comprehensive training program and gain hands-on experience working on real consulting projects with leading clients across industries.
🔍 Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will support general business consulting activities, including:
- Research
- Project Management Office (PMO) support
- Process improvement initiatives
You will work closely with project teams to analyze business problems, develop insights, and contribute to delivering impactful solutions.
✅ Program Requirements
Educational Background (Preferred Majors):
- Accounting
- Management
- Information Systems or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00
- English proficiency at a business level (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and willingness to learn
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent academic record
- Proactive, adaptable, and “can-do” attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Continuous learner with growth mindset
- Internship experience in a related field is a plus
- Willing to be assigned to various consulting functions
- Must have completed a bachelor’s degree (with a graduation certificate)
- Available to start on 1 October 2026

Research
- Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to generate insights on business issues
Process Improvement
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and market trends
- Develop logical and data-driven solutions
Project Management (PMO)
- Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and understand business challenges
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals
- Support project execution and monitor deliverables
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders
