ABeam Consulting invites passionate and high-performing fresh graduates to join our New Graduate Hiring Program 2025. This program is designed for those who are eager to grow, face new challenges, and make a lasting impact in the world of consulting.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will undergo a comprehensive training program and work on real projects that contribute to digital transformation and IT solutions (SAP, Data Analytics, etc) for leading global clients.

✅ Program Requirements:

1. Education Background (Preferred Majors):

Computer Science, Information Technology System, SAP-related fields
Statistics, Mathematics
Engineering
Economy, Management, Accounting, Finance

2. GPA minimum 3.20/ 4.00
3. English Proficiency: Business level (spoken and written)
4. Soft Skills:

Strong logical thinking
Team-based problem-solving experience
High motivation and passion
Excellent teamwork and a willingness to learn

5. Willing to be assigned in functional and technical area
6. Must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree (with a graduation certificate) and be available to start the program on 1st October 2025
