Responsibilities:
  1. Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design organization structure and role & responsibility for governance.
  2. Manage overall project progress and quality, taking responsibility for the following tasks:
    - Define business strategy and company organization
    - Define corporate governance process
    - Define KGI/KPI monitoring process
  3. Oversee the implementation of organization transformation in client and define transition plan.
  4. Lead and mentor the team members, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
  5. Expand retain industry client project through pre-sales activity.
Qualifications
  1. Lead organization, KGI & KPI and governance process definition for retail industry.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project progress and quality align with client expectations and business objectives.
  3. Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
  4. Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team to drive continuous growth.
  5. Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
