ABeam Consulting invites passionate and high-performing fresh graduates to join our New Graduate Hiring Program 2026 as a Business Transformation Analyst.

This role focuses on supporting digital transformation initiatives, particularly within the financial services industry, with a strong emphasis on IT project management and PMO activities.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will undergo a comprehensive training program and gain hands-on experience working on real consulting projects with leading clients.


🔍 Role Overview

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will:

  • Support senior team members in executing IT project management activities
  • Contribute to overall project execution within PMO functions
  • Apply both theoretical and practical knowledge of project management
  • Help ensure smooth and effective delivery of client projects

Program Requirements

Educational Background (Preferred Majors):

  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.20/4.00
  • English proficiency at a business level (spoken and written)
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills (to understand and report clearly)
  • High adaptability in team and client environments

Additional Qualifications:

  • Understanding of IT project lifecycle (SDLC) through academic or project experience
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, IT Governance)
  • Ability to understand business operations and translate them into logical actions
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership in task execution
  • Willing to be assigned to project-based roles
  • Must have completed a bachelor’s degree (with a graduation certificate)
  • Available to start on 1 October 2026

  • Execute daily PMO activities based on team direction
  • Gather, analyze, and report data, findings, and issues to supervisors
  • Develop a clear understanding of client business processes and project objectives
  • Proactively execute tasks and anticipate next steps logically
  • Facilitate communication and discussions within internal project teams
