Responsibilities:
  • Objectively and logically provide technical solutions, design proposals, end-to-end data architecture designs, and robust system monitoring approaches.
  • Initiate and facilitate alignment meetings between clients and vendors to accelerate decision-making and technical problem-solving.
  • Act proactively to drive the core development phases and take full responsibility for the overall smoothness and timely delivery of the poject.
  • Lead and manage technical delivery teams effectively, providing direction and managing task execution to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external teams, while fostering clear communication and a positive atmosphere among all project teams.
  • Implement strict quality control across all data processes and standardize overall project deliverables based on the ABeam Project Management methodology.
  • Keep learning and developing modern technical and consulting skills, as well as actively encourage team members' professional skill development.
Qualifications:
  • Experienced in a Consulting Company or the Finance industry, specializing in Data and Business Intelligence (BI) transformation, architecture, and IT operations.
  • Experienced in overall project management and PMO functions (defining scope, managing timelines, gathering business requirements, and tracking delivery) for IT and data implementation projects.
  • Detail-oriented with strong hands-on experience across the full data lifecycle—specifically utilizing Enterprise Relational Databases (RDBMS), standard ETL/ELT data integration frameworks, event-streaming architectures, and modern BI visualization platforms to extract, stream, analyze, and visualize data logically. Familiarity with SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Kafka, and Python is highly preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently engage and discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationships.
  • Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
