Insurance Industry Manager (Business Development and Delivery)

03. Industry Consulting - Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia - Full Time

Responsibilities:
  1. Execute proposal for Insurance (Japanese/ Non-Japanese).
    1.1. Research and find connection with proper PIC in Insurance company.
    1.2. Prepare material, including company introduction, experience solution and so on.
    1.3. Visit for meeting and clarify the issue.
  2. Communicate with Top Management in Insurance company.
  3. Follow up, tracking and revise proposal.
  4. Kick start contracting, register internal system.
  5. Run the project, create deliverables.
    5.1. Project Management (Progress, Issue, Risk, Cost).
    5.2. Manage Business Analyst team, solution team.

Qualifications:
  1. Having deep understanding on Insurance industry in Indonesia.
  2. Minimum 7 years (ideally more than 10 years) working experience in Insurance Industry, either as employee of Insurance company or as Consultant for Insurance.
  3. Have relationship with top management in multiple insurance company, especially with Japanese related.
  4. Have experience to submit proposal to customer, especially insurance customer.
  5. Must have 5 years working experience as PM/PMO with any project in insurance.
  6. Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
